• Additional charges such as taxes, payment gateway fees, convenience fees, or service charges may apply.

• BookMyPass is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment gateways, or technical issues beyond our control.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Refund eligibility is determined by the event organizer’s refund policy.
• Convenience fees, platform fees, and payment processing charges may be non-refundable.
• If an event is canceled by the organizer, refunds will be processed as per the organizer’s instructions.
• If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets may remain valid for the revised date unless otherwise stated by the organizer.
• Refund processing timelines may vary depending on payment providers and banking systems.

7. Event Changes

• Event schedules, venues, performers, teams, seating arrangements, and event formats may change at the discretion of the organizer.
• BookMyPass is not liable for any modifications made by event organizers.
• Users should regularly check their registered email and mobile number for event updates.

8. Entry & Attendance

• Entry to an event is subject to the organizer’s rules and venue policies.
• Valid tickets and government-issued identification may be required for entry.
• The organizer or venue management reserves the right to deny entry for security, safety, or policy violations.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

• Use automated tools or bots to purchase tickets.
• Resell tickets at unauthorized prices.
• Engage in fraudulent transactions.
• Interfere with platform operations or security systems.

Violation of these terms may result in cancellation of tickets and suspension of accounts without refund.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the ticket purchased.

BookMyPass shall not be held liable for delays, disruptions, cancellations, or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, strikes, technical outages, or other unforeseen events.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of BookMyPass shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
